The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city with convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore. You'll find the staff to be very friendly, able to assist with anything from translating to preparing your own meals in the kitchen. the rooms are equipped with some useful facilities such as organic shops, and even an organic farmer's market within walking distance. Guests can catch the stunning view of a famous fortress wall with historical markings nearby.
Some of the rooms might require renovation, as seen in the case of a bathroom with an old and damaged interior, dirts on the soap holder, showering on the floor, and WIFI reliability that needs attention.

Perfect Location, Helpful Staff, and Well-Equipped Kitchen
If you are looking for a hotel located in a peaceful area but with easy access to the city's main attractions, this hotel is perfect for you. The tram and metro stations are quite close. You can also find eating places nearby. the staff is genuinely devoted to ensuring that you have an amazing experience during your stay. They are always willing to help you with anything you need, from providing forms to translating any communication issues. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals at any time of the day.
The bathroom is insufficiently maintained and outdated. It's not a pleasant experience to shower on the floor as the shower room is lacking.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was truly amazing! the staff were very friendly and helpful, with perfect English-speaking skills. the location couldn't have been better, only a short walk from the metro underground and tram link. the fact that there was a farmers market and organic shop nearby was a nice touch. the kitchen facility was also lovely, making it easy to prepare our own meals. the room was great, with ample space to relax and unwind. the wifi was working perfectly for us!
There were a few issues with our room that was a bit of a downside. the bathroom was old and damaged, and the fact that there was no shower room was a bit of a disappointment.
